Mind Body Endurance LLC is an experienced multisport coaching company in New York City and San Francisco. We continually strive to help individuals of all skill levels maximize their abilities and reach their fitness goals by providing in person and online coaching. We believe that both physical and mental preparedness are important components needed to achieve peak performance and we implement these principles in our work with athletes. As a result of this belief, we aim to create scientifically-based, progressive, and individualized training programs which facilitate the development of both physical fitness and psychological skills necessary for optimal performance.
The coaches at Mind Body Endurance specialize in working with endurance athletes who compete in triathlon, duathlon, and marathon competitions and believe that correct technique and biomechanics are important to minimize injury and maximize swim, bike, and run efficiency. Athletes who train with Mind Body Endurance are closely monitored throughout their training and can expect to receive individualized and supportive feedback from our coaches. Whether you are training for your first marathon or are a seasoned veteran of Ironman triathlons, we are confident in our ability to successfully guide you through training and prepare you for race day.
Our mission is to create a positive environment where having fun, developing proper skills, and living a balanced lifestyle are encouraged. We recognize that each person is unique and design training programs that take into consideration an individual's work, family, and social responsibilities. Our primary concern is to continually keep your best interest in mind while remaining flexible to modify your training program if necessary. We limit the number of athletes that we work with to ensure we deliver exceptional coaching services and give each athlete the individual attention needed to be successful.
